It seems like Dr Kirlia has (reluctantly) decided to team up with Roll to act their age. What comes next is on her...

After all Roll's just disabled all the protocols keeping her going full squee. This is dangerous territory.

The next comic is running a little late. You'll know why when you see it.

Why is Roll programmed to feel cinism anyway? Are you not telling us something, hospital owner?

Probably because a happy go lucky robot would have a hard time running a hospital.

I'm really excited to see what this side of Roll is like.
I'm even more excited to see how Dr. Kirlia reacts to it.

Well, this is interesting. My thought was that Roll was simply programmed with the mind of an adult, or at the very least a teenager. But it appears she does have childlike glee in her. One can only wonder what will happen next. My guesses are as follows:
1. Dress up time (again...)
2. Childhood games like tag
3. Snuggles (it's a nine year old girl with what looks like a life-sized, living doll. There is going to be some hugs at some point!)

Cyrus is the mastermind behind everything. He has a plan and he's eliminating everyone who could stand in his way. He got rid of Dawn, and my guess is he did something to Megaman to get him out of the picture. I think he realized that there is an easier way to stop everyone. He used a machine, or a psychic Pokémon, or something else to give the only psychiatrist for hundreds of miles a mental condition in the hopes that it would make her quit. If she quits, everyone will have mental problems that can't be healed, thus they're distracted while he takes over the world. Conclusion: Cyrus is the cause of everything. (Except for Gardevoir being a Kirlia, that was her fault). I figured it all out. Or I'm reading too much into this. That's more likely.

Maybe you are right, maybe you are not. How to be sure? Maybe there is hints around...
For more of your villianous needs, you can keep an eye on End Boss's World.

V.I.L.L.A.I.N could be helping him. And if that's the case, Airman could ruin everything.

Interesting how Roll's eyes changed colors... But her eyes are usually canonically blue, so... Cynicism makes your eyes green?

I think it is because Roll in the first Megaman games had blue eyes, but on her Megaman 8 redesign that looks older, her eyes are green. So maybe her mind is back to her earlier more innocent protocol.

Dr. Kirlia's "REGRET!" reminds me of the Wi-Fi battle tower in gen 4 where all your opponents had to use those silly preset messages for their winning/losing statements. A lot of people never bothered setting them, so the default would be most of what you saw: "I lost! REGRET!"
