Here it is. Sorry it took so long but 404 had sh*t to do and I'm ducking out the sh*t I need to do to bring you this.

Hint for any perspective collaborators, don't micromanage. If you're writing the script only note the really important things so you can let the artists get creative with your creativity. At the same time, don't be afraid to give a "how ya doing" every now and then.

And if you don't know what the Centipede's dilemma is here's a crash course. You are now MANUALLY BREATHING! Mwuha-ha-ha!

Sorrysorrysorry...real life is kicking my butt. :(

As for the comic...I like to think that rampaging psychos on fire is such a common occurrence that the good doctor could forget all about it to talk fashion with a nurse.
I also like to think that Audino just sits on the reception desk and reads magazines instead of doing her job sometimes.

I've read the latest issue of Vapid actually.
Apparently red crosses are so last season, fuchsia crosses are what're popular now.

It just occurred to me,
does this count as an early-bird cameo?

I'm guessing it's strong legs? Pokemon are weird.

Gardevoir's Emerald PokeDex entry says, "It apparently does not feel the pull of gravity because it supports itself with psychic power." Even if the PokeDex isn't entirely believable with its information, using Psychic powers like this is one of those Captain Obvious uses.

Maybe it just never occurred to Dr. G to use her powers that way, and she developed incredible balance as a result until Nurse A pointed it out.

Or perhaps she never realized that she was using them?

Thanks to TVtropes, I knew what the title was likely to be even before I saw it. (Yes!)
Also, I think I know who's in the chair, but without colors, I can't be sure. If I'm right, I'll call it out. If I'm wrong, I'll remain silent.

Looks like Krieg is getting a bit overprotective there.

Also in the cartoons you'll notice that they don't walk so much as glide everywhere

Second panel, typo: "your" should be "you're".

I'm not sure who's killing Wilko, but for some reason I feel like he's blaming Wilko for mopping the part of the floor that he just slipped on.

Also, everything in Fashion Magazines are made for humans because, even in Video Game World, at least 70% of people are humans, with the other 30% being a random assortment of races, often humanoid.

its krieg, specifically one with a hellborn build considering how he's on fire

Yeah. Krieg is my favorite Borderlands character. I've been wanting to put him in a comic forever.

Actually, when I played, I put all my points into Mania. I just choose Hellborn for this comic because it was both easier to draw and funner to imagine Gardevoir trying to counsel him.
Guest (Guest) edit delete reply
Same here, I just started krieg and am currently building it on mania, stacks 4 day zone

According to the Pokedèx Gardevoir is levitating. You could remove the feet and it would do no difference.

Like the others said; Gardevoir is apparently floating. I knew the way they moved in Super Smash Bros Brawl felt odd.

Also, wouldn't the lightest Pokémon species - and the levitating ones, too - be blown away by strong winds?
Guybrush20X6 edit delete reply
Guybrush20X6
I think that's Hoppip's entire existence, being blown away on winds.

Do they say the same thing about Gastly or Flabébé?

Also: A mistake in the title and one in the mouseover text. "Dilema": 2 Ms, "Deserve".
Darius Drake (Guest) edit delete reply
# lamabrawler: Those that actually levitate would be able to control themselves. So, no, Gastly would not, typically, be blown around by winds.

Flabébé, however, IS mentioned in the pokedex (I just checked bulbapedia) to be blown around on winds.

...that was supposed to start with an @, not an #.

Only question I have is why is it called the Scolipede's Dilema? I searched it, and it came up with a weird bug thing. I don't see one in this comic...

Centipede's dilemma. Based on the old story where someone asks a centipede how it can walk with so many legs, it thinks about ti too hard and looses all co-ordination. Kinda like how reminding someone of the fact they're breathing makes them manually breath.

Things in Pokemon don't make sense sometimes. Breed two Marowaks and get a Cubone, complete with skull and two obviously ALIVE parents. And then there's Phantump that can use Wood Hammer. But how does that work? Does it just hit its enemies with its head?

Love the fact that Gardevoir's singing the Black and White anime's theme song.

I wonder if the water splashes are such a common occurrence that the waiting room provides umbrellas? Do they provide fireproof umbrellas? What else do they provide?
FourOfFour edit delete reply
FourOfFour
I don't know. I think it's just that blood spray is so common around Krieg that his team members would be prepared.
Altoclarinetist edit delete reply
Altoclarinetist
Sounds reasonable. Dunno who Krieg is, but if he is less concerned about being on fire than killing the janitor then he would be the kind of guy to have an umbrella around I guess.

I am willing to bet this clinic goes through more than its fair share of fire extinguishers at least.

spycrab king edit delete reply
spycrab king
does that make the umbrella dee the most evil of kirby's enemies?
Koopario edit delete reply
Koopario
Then how come Kirby's able to eat it like everything else AND use it underwater? You'd think he'd wanna stay away.
ZephyrCrobat (Guest) edit delete reply
Because it's a parasol, the flimsy cousin of the umbrella. As for why Kirby can use it underwater and whoop some Waddle Dees with it, don't question video game logic, and you'll be just fine.

My utter apologies if I hurt your feelings. I saw how it was cruel, but I was not logged in at the time, so now I can not delete the comment. I am truly sorry.

The "horn" in the middle of a Gardevoir's chest is actually its heart. When it mega-evolves, it splits open and its psychic powers flow forth.
